Skills and Drills
Our Skills and Drills group is designed for players of all ages who are newer to the game to develop the fundamentals of the game at their own pace. With a heavy emphasis on ball handling, footwork, shooting, and conditioning, players will get a ton of valuable reps to build general skill, endurance, and confidence. Recommended for players who do not have extensive training or playing experience.
Foundations
Our Foundations group is designed for players 9-11 years old to build on their foundation with skill development and live play. While we introduce new techniques and concepts to develop general skill (ball handling, footwork, shooting, etc.), we’ll also be incorporating live competition against other players to build decision making capabilities that translate to real games. Recommended for players with 2+ years of playing/training experience.
Level 1
Our Level 1 group is an accelerated class designed for players 12-15 years old to build their skill sets and apply them in a live setting. While we introduce new techniques and concepts to develop general skill (ball handling, footwork, shooting, etc.), we’ll also be incorporating live competition against other players to build decision making capabilities that translate to real games. Recommended for players with 2+ years of playing/training experience.
Level 2
Our Level 2 group is an accelerated class designed for players 15-18 years old to build their skill sets and apply them in a live setting. While we introduce new techniques and concepts to develop general skill (ball handling, footwork, shooting, etc.), we’ll also be incorporating live competition against other players to build decision making capabilities that translate to real games. Recommended for players with 2+ years of playing/training experience.
